Wellness Budget Kitchen: Week 6 – Stir Fry

The Wellness Budget Kitchen is a six‑week hands‑on cooking program helping students make simple, nutritious, low‑cost meals using the UOW Pulse WELLNESS Cookbook.

Recipes are budget‑friendly and use ingredients from the Pulse Pantry, with point values explained so students can make informed choices with their weekly 10 points.

The program builds confidence in cooking, meal prep, and shopping on a budget.  

The event is proudly SSAF funded.
