ROBOT GOD – ONTO THE AFTERLIFE - ALBUM LAUNCH
Sydney psychedelic heavy rock trio Robot God return to The Vanguard stage to celebrate the release of their highly anticipated new album, Onto the Afterlife, with a special launch show at The Vanguard on Friday, May 29th.
Recorded at The Grove Studios in September 2025, Onto the Afterlife captures Robot God at their most expansive and powerful, a heavy and soul searching journey through crushing riffs, hypnotic grooves, and cosmic themes of transformation, mortality, and transcendence.
This album launch marks the official unveiling of the band’s latest chapter, performed live in full force.
Joining the ritual are two formidable support acts.
Canberra doom heavyweights Pod People bring their signature low end thunder and doomy driven overtones, while Northern Beaches rising force Ghazza inject youthful intensity and raw energy into the night proving the next generation of heavy music is already here.
Expect a night of towering volume, swirling atmospheres, and riff-driven communion as Robot God summon the songs from Onto the Afterlife to the stage for all to hear.
