Over 3 weeks you will work with psychologist and tertiary professional Nigel Woods to develop in areas such as - Strengths and values - Goal setting + Time management - Self-care and coping with stress These topics are your toolbox to success and once mastered, there will be no stopping you from propelling forward in your personal and professional career. This series is UOWx recognised. Students must attend all 3 sessions to gain recognition.
