U18 guests must be accompanied at all times by their own parent or legally certified guardian (includes step-parent, parent’s spouse, de facto partner, loco parentis) & both must hold valid tickets.
Other person in “loco parentis” is an individual who assumes parental status or responsibilities of another individual with the permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian.
The venue will accept the following as a “loco parentis” at a maximum 1:4 (Adult/U18) ratio.

Parent of a Friend: Parent accepting responsibility for care of another parent’s child, with the permission of the child's parent or legal guardian.
The following relations will not be accepted as a parent or legal guardian or loco parentis:
A Partner of a minor (i.e. 20 year boyfriend for a 17 year old girlfriend)
A friend (i.e. an 21 year old friend for a 17 year old friend)
Cousins or siblings under the age of 25
U18 guests will be wrist-banded on entry and must leave the venue by 10pm.
Age Suitability rules apply: if the event has a minimum age (e.g. 16+), anyone younger cannot attend, even with a parent/guardian.
Babes in Arms may be permitted for suitable shows at no cost. Please email the venue for confirmation before purchasing a ticket.
No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to failure to meet these guidelines.
