‘Chinese Laundry Invites’ – A Dynamic Series Tailored to community-run events featuring local crew takeovers, record label showcases, and more exciting community-driven ideas.
Rooted in a music-first ethos and shaped by the communities pushing the culture forward.
IN THE LAUNDRY:
Mancuso Collective
Mancuso Collective return to Chinese Laundry with a takeover rooted in community, rhythm and dancefloor connection.
Known for their warm, groove-led approach to house music, the Sydney crew channel the spirit of classic dancefloors while keeping things fresh for a new generation. Expect a night driven by soulful selections, deep cuts and uplifting energy — the kind of sets built for losing track of time under the disco ball.
IN THE CAVE:
Queer House Party ft. HARRY GAY [UK]
When Queer House Party first started it was just a few friends, some shimmer curtains, a cardboard cutout of Susan Boyle, and a dream.
Since then it’s grown into a global queer dancefloor movement, working with heroes and spotlighting over 200 queer artists along the way. But at its heart, QHP has always been about the same thing: sweaty rooms, big tunes, and a dancefloor where everyone belongs.
For this special takeover in the Cave, QHP returns to those roots with UK party starter Harry Gay leading the charge. Expect high-energy house, unapologetic queer joy, and that chaotic DIY magic that made the party what it is.
Come early, stay late.
