We realise that this is a sensitive subject globally and wanted to provide some clarity and reassurance regarding the nature of this event.
Our hope for these events is to unite people through a shared love of Slavic dance music - from all across Eastern Europe.
We take crowd management and venue reputation very seriously and are working closely with the venues to ensure best practice, including:
Clear anti-violence, anti-hate, and anti-harassment messaging in event promotion.
No branding, symbolism, flags, or messaging that sets to disrupt social cohesion.
Zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or discriminatory behaviour.
Cooperation with venue security on entry conditions.
This event is designed to be joyful, theatrical, and welcoming to all, and we believe it aligns with Melbourne’s values of multiculturalism and respectful celebration. Where people from all backgrounds feel safe, included and celebrated on the dance floor.
Music is inherently political and we oppose all forms of war.
Our aim is to create community through a shared love of hardbass.
