Australia’s favourite science-comedy mash-up returns to the Perth Comedy Festival after last year’s sold-out season! This year, we’ve teamed up comedians with brilliant scientists from Curtin University to deliver hilarious, high-energy science talks like you’ve never seen before. Yes, these are real scientists doing stand-up comedy. Yes, you will laugh and learn at the same time. Each show features a rapid-fire lineup of Perth’s best, brightest and boldest science minds. You’ll be taken on a whirlwind tour of ideas, discoveries and “wait… is that actually true?” moments. Previous crowd-favourite topics have included black holes, microbiology, psychology, and genetic engineering. In 2026 we will have plenty more weird and wonderful topics. Smart. Silly. Surprising.
