The CARGER-MOORE Big Band, featuring the sensational Queen of Soul Carmel Mesiti, offers a young big band with awesome energy and chops to burn, infused with vibrant hard edged contemporary flair.
The Carger-Moore Big Band features emerging top-tier musicians.Recently headlining at the Manly Jazz Festival on the Main Stage, the band performed to rave reviews. The arrangements are nothing short of fantastic and the soloists virtuosic. Our featured vocalist is the amazing Carmel Mesiti with songs by Shirley Bassey, Jocelyn Brown and Chaka Khan.
