Issa T
Issa T is a Japanese-Australian DJ and artist based in Sydney. Blending classic RnB, Hip Hop, and electronic textures, he creates dynamic and immersive sonic experiences. His selections can move from laid-back old-school Rap and RnB to high-energy club tracks,always shaped by the mood of the room. With an intuitive approach to DJing, Issa T focuses on flow, groove, and keeping the dancefloor engaged.
Chef Chung makes cinematic magic with his far-reaching twist on alternative hiphop. Through crafting his own bent production and intimate poetics, Chef Chung has forged his own singular Mode-oozing style and pushing boundaries. His form- a blender of influence- fusing 70s soul and 90s r&b with touches of modern electronic and trap to create a vivid sonic soundscape. The savour of Chung’s blazed out syntax, melodic touches and intimate themes act as the compelling tool for his creative storytelling. Expressing a stream of consciousness, Chef Chung seeks to embrace individuality, reflecting his everyday experiences and channeling his voice through experimentation.
Brown Suga Princess is a DJ, event producer and community organiser based on Wurundjeri Country (Melbourne). Their sound is reflective of their reconnection to their South Asian heritage, and their love for big bass, footwork and jungle. Brown Suga Princess blends diasporic sounds, unrelenting drums and heavy bass-lines to create a dance floor that feels expressive and connected. They continue to dive into the intersections of culture and music through their involvement in South Asian creative collective Kerfew.
An undeniable presence in the Eora Club circuit, Ciara's [‘Sha-rah’] tenure as a dance floor darling comes with receipts; from touring the Philippines to a residency at Sydney's legacy institution Club 77, a library of deep cuts on Skylab Radio as host of Konti Lang, Festival appearances (Pitch 2024, Subsonic 2024), and invitations to play alongside the likes of Theo Parrish (USA), Fred Again (UK) & Skin on Skin (AUS) Ciara’s selections are an invitation for lovers of club culture. Her sets are candid and flirty, pivoting through techno, dark drums, breaks & global bass - punctuated by soulful whispers that salute to the underground & underscored by a signature below-the-waist grunge. Ciara can set the temperature of a room with each track affectionately selected to keep you moving.
