Chef Brendan Pratt invites a bunch of his chefs mates to his kitchen to give Pair’d the send-off it deserves. Each chef will present a signature dish full of local flavour that pairs perfectly with wines and beers from across the region - Graze your way through the evening and toast the chefs, producers and makers who make this place extraordinary – all while grooving to Shogun, Max Veenhuyzen and DJ Mandy B spinning vinyl (with the dancefloor cranking up from 8pm).
