Knievel have been purveyors of electric indie rock since before the turn of the century. Emerging from Australia’s underground guitar scene, the band became known for their textured, melodic sound—blending shimmering guitars with a loose, atmospheric approach that sits somewhere between NZ indie and the more introspective side of alternative rock.

Stuck in a small town with her dominant father, depressed mother and cruel friends, a socially awkward woman takes destiny into her own hands and sets off in search of happiness and her ideal groom.
