Rosebud Baker is a New York based comedian, actor, and Emmy Award-winning writer. Named one of Variety’s "Top 10 Comics to Watch" and Vulture’s "Comedians You Should and Will Know," Rosebud is currently a writer for Saturday Night Live. She wrote and performed on two WGA Award-nominated sketch series: That Damn Michael Che and Inside Amy Schumer.

Cork’s Chris Kent debuts in Australia with his show ‘Offline’. He tries to give up the internet and navigate life without asking his phone what to eat, where to go or how to get home. He longs for a simpler time of playing ‘Snake’ and constructing emojis himself. Now that he has hit 40 years of age, he wonders if he can ever go back to thinking for himself.

 “You meet in a tavern…”
The famous opening line for many an adventure, the start of a daring quest, the promise of stories yet untold. The tavern is the gathering place for keen adventures and grizzled warriors, mythical creatures and mysterious strangers alike.  Adventure awaits, so who will you gather to join your party?

He’s hoping, once again, to make something better than before: Hopefully funny, maybe a bit sad, intermittently thought provoking, slightly audacious and, ideally, completely unfathomable.

He started properly thinking about it in the middle of January and it needs to be finished by August. So. That should give you a sense of how far through the process, these particular shows are likely to be in terms of the lump of stone to finished sculpture ratio.

On the upside, they’ve been priced accordingly and will last no more than 90 minutes.

Band Karaoke isn’t your average karaoke night — it’s a live gig where you take the lead.

Step up to the mic with a full band behind you, or stay in the crowd and soak up the energy. From big singalongs to unexpected moments, it’s all happening in real time.

No backing tracks. No pressure. Just great songs, a live band, and a room full of people in it together.

Take the stage.
Or take it all in.
Either way — you’re part of the show.

Your quizmaster is Maddie Korn – playlist prodigy and flag enthusiast (seriously, she will somehow sneak a vexillology round in). A festival producer by day and trivia tragic by night, she attended so many quiz nights in Nipaluna/Hobart that someone eventually handed her a microphone and said, "Fine, you do it."

She can't hold a tune and gave up the drums in high school, but she definitely knows more Dolly Parton facts than you and once accidentally called Ed Sheeran uncool right to his face, so we know she's qualified.

Get ready to celebrate Sandstone & Termite's debut single with them in a delicious night of funky tunes and good vibes at the Oxford Art Factory Gallery Bar on the 23rd of April at 7pm.  'Something Bad's About To Happen' is an irresistibly groovy track mixing the funk and rock world in a way you've never heard before.

Joined by friends of the band The Jam Sandwiches and Venus with Arms, this is a night you absolutely do not want to miss a second of - grab your tickets now before it's too late!

Coast return to Lazybones to perform their most recent album Ember.  Don’t miss them in to shelf form!

"soak in all the layers, especially the bass and the stunning ambient soundscapes that smatter the record”

Everything is Noise

"nine more calculated tracks of experimental jazz fusion. His drumming on this latest recording adds a layer of rhythmic complexity and energy to an album of music in which several voices are speaking, exchanging ideas and feeling”

"refined textures and dynamic grooves, offering drive and atmospheric depth”
